OCT Customer Service Officer and Cable Inspector

The Office of Cable Television promotes adequate, economic, and efficient cable television service to the residents of DC. OCT regulates and audits cable TV companies for the public interest and negotiates on behalf of the residents for the best possible service from cable providers. OCT is the cable customer's advocate, holding cable companies to the highest levels of customer and technical service.
