*The DC Office of Cable Television
video-on-demand service is now presented in the MPEG-4 digital multi-media
format and is available for viewing via computer, tablet and smartphone
platforms. OCT made this significant transition on January 1, 2014
to better serve our constituency. Video-on-demand files encoded
prior to 1/1/14 remain in their original Microsoft® Windows
Media® format. A Microsoft® Windows Media® Player is
recommended for viewing these archival files.
